We started this agency to do one thing better than anyone else: put the right person in front of the right consumer.
Innovative Promo Agency began in 2015 — a one-founder, one-clipboard operation working tailgates and dealership lots around Sacramento. In ten years it has grown into one of Northern California's most dependable staffing partners for promotional activations.
We have staffed Kings games, Raiders games, MMA cards, Muay Thai fight nights, casino floors, golf tournaments, weddings, conferences, concerts, and street-corner sampling routes. The job changes every week. The standard never moves.
